Andy Hallet (Lorne)
The new season also sees plenty of interaction between Lorne and Spike,
played by "James Marsters, who I love. I've worked with him before on
things not related to Angel, such as Amber Benson's movie Chance -- James
and I have some really fun stuff in there. Of course, I'd known him from
seeing him at social functions and we were booked on the same conventions
here and there. He's awesome. He's one of the most focused actors I know,
along with Alexis Denisof. I feel like everybody [on Angel] is focused,
but when we're in between set-ups, it's not that he stays in character
when we're not shooting, but he'll just maybe choose to go off and be in a
space where he's by himself [to concentrate on the next shot]. He's
absolutely 100 percent dedicated to the role.
